| Project Description | The project aims to:
- Build the capacity of local NGOs or community based organizations to identify community needs and to design and implement sustainable interventions in partnership with all relevant local actors;
- Ensure access of the local NGOs and community based organizations to training, technical and financial assistance, for strengthening their capacity to become self sustainable within the community;
- Share experience and examples of best practices/success stories based on partnership, and giving priority to innovation and entrepreneurship,
- Promote policy recommendation for creating an enabling environment for civil society development and participation to the community development at local and national level.
