| Project Description | The project will monitor the actual protection of minorities’ rights in two Bulgarian municipalities with ethnically and religiously diverse population and will study the inter-ethnical/inter-religious relations in both municipalities (by interviews with the municipal administration and citizens). The outcomes will help the municipal authorities to increase their capacity to address the needs of their constituencies; to improve the communication between citizens and administration. |
