| Project Description | The project aims at achieving greater transparency, accountability of administration work, enhancing civil society and provoking constructive debates. Its objectives are to: • Create a database with detailed examples of successful and failed programs that would serve as a simple check about new programs or renewal/extension of current • Create a common picture about the successes/failures of government-run programs • Present a well-done, expert analysis based on official information • Activate public debate on government programs and their results • Provide with well-grounded proposals for reform in government programs management and implementation. |
