| Project Description | The goal of the project is to develop Gemini as sustainable policy institute, where empowered and qualified on LGBT topics experts will have the possibility and tools to cooperate with the public and state institutions to develop inclusion policies and will act as mediator for feedback and communication between the community and the decision makers in order to create social environment for overcoming the existing discriminative attitude towards people with different sexual orientation. It aims at strengthen BGO Gemini as the national LGBT human rights, membership based policy institute, which acts as representative voice for the LGBT community in Bulgaria, with established systems for operational stability, extensive international contacts and capacity to address the demands for social transformation and LGBT inclusion. |
