| Project Description | The main goal is to prepare Capacity Development Plan for fundraising, marketing and communication and to secure diversification of financial sources for non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. Based on the results of a planning procedure (see 2.3.) that will be performed by external experts in presence of the Foundation’s employees, a Capacity Development Plan will be prepared to enhance both the professional and personnel capacities of the Foundation, leading to its sustainability so it can continue providing finances to support NGOs in the Czech Republic. |
