This project seeks to address the dilemmas of Roma representation in the public institutions and civil society in Bulgaria. The overall goal of the project is to contribute to and accelerate the process of civil integration of Roma communities in the Bulgarian society and improve their social status. The goal necessitates building high-level leadership qualities within the community of Roma representatives that will allow for their increased participation in the public administration and civic life in the country. |
