| Project Description | The long-term goal of the project is to achieve a higher standard of human rights and liberties protection and civil society development and cohesion in the Czech Republic through the practical use and methodological development of the method of strategic litigation. The Applicant plans to achieve the goal by: • Complex solution-making of particular (at least 7 during the grant period) cases of human rights and liberties violations through the means of strategic litigation on the national as well as international level. • Handling strategic legal disputes in front of administrative and judicial institutions of the Czech Republic and in front of relevant international human rights monitoring bodies; • Continuing of special section of the grantee’s website and a mailing-list to continuously inform the public, media and experts concerning the advancement and results of the strategic litigation method application; • Involving the university students of law and social sciences into the project implementation through the internships and through the special teaching subject in the frame of university curricula. |
