 The goal of the project  (same as in the first round project) is:

• to develop leadership capacity in Central and Eastern Europe, which means develop individual development of outstanding leaders in public/social life in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary;
• to create an environment, in which outstanding leaders of respective countries could improve their leadership skills, and build up co-operation, in order to increase their impact on social changes.
  

The objectives (same as in the first round project) are:

• Give the participating leaders an opportunity to determine their own directions of development and the needs that follow;
• Support them in completing the program of personal development they have designed on their own;
• Encourage them to network and to cooperate.
