| Project Description | The project tackles insufficient participation of citizens on the local level by promoting an innovative communication tool – the web portal Odkazprestarostu.sk for submitting complaints to the municipalities. The responsiveness of the municipalities to citizens’ complaints via the portal has been significant. On the other hand, large number of submitted complaints has been generated by a limited group of active citizens, thus the project faces a challenge of attracting less active groups. |
