The project contributes to the achievement of values expressed in the vision of the future Europe:

• Accountable and transparent public institutions in Europe on all levels and strong and credible civil society organizations who dialogue with those institutions and influence the decision making processes or keep under check obedience of administrations with the law
• Implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights in the everyday practice of public institutions at the local, regional, country and European levels
• Appreciation of the values of accountability, transparency and respect for fundamental rights, as well as the organizations which protect them, expressed through the active support by citizens, businesses and the public sector
