Presentation of feminine perspective in Polish modern history via the "The dissident women of Warsaw"

Objectives:

• to show the capital through the prism of recollections of opposition activists of the first half of the 80’s: their lives looked like: where they lived, how they lived and how they fulfilled themselves as women, often wives and mothers, but at the same time activists, for whom fighting against the system was equally important.
• to bring closer the everyday life of communist dissidents through a walk around the places important to them.
• "Warszawa opozycjonistek" will be a part of the cultural programme of the event "Wyłącz system" ("Turn off the system"), which will take place on June 3rd, 2012.
