The project aims to:
– enable citizens to debate the delivery of public services;
– provide a tool to measure satisfaction with the performance of local service providers;
– make public service providers and local government more accessible and accountable to citizens’ requests;
– increase awareness about weak aspects of service delivery and to offer remedial actions.
