| Project Description | The project aims to:
– create opportunities for dialog and consultations between the representatives of the Municipality, local professionals and citizens, on priorities, specific problems and possible solutions;
– involve the local institutional resources, like the Citizens’ Advise Bureau (CAB), Cultural House, the Rural Cultural Centers (RCC), the Resource Center for Community Development and Parent Education, schools, libraries in 13 villages in building an inter-sectoral capacity for education, counseling, communication and experience exchange;
– start building the interest and motivation of the rural communities’ members for making their voice heard and becoming involved in the decision – making process. |
